William Kane, owner and founder of Good Will Plumbing spent seventeen years in Chicago’s Local 130 Plumbing Union. At the early age of 23 he was made a foreman at Brandenburger Plumbing and given the lead role on all projects at the University of Chicago’s medical center for eight years. After leaving Brandenburger for AMS Mechanical, and continuing as a foreman, most notably he oversaw the complete renovation of the Ritz Carleton on Michigan Avenue, the overhaul of The Graduate Hotel outside of Northwestern University in Evanston, and The Royal Sonesta on Chicago’s riverfront.
Since leaving AMS Mechanical, and taking with him the almost two decades worth of experience in leading and completing challenging commercial and industrial projects, William has founded Good Will Plumbing.

Steve Stuckey served as an Infantry Machine Gunner in 2nd Battalion 8th Marines Weapons Company. He did combat deployments to Ramadi, Iraq and Helmand Province, Afghanistan. After the Marines, Steve worked for Hotel Contracting Services for 10 years as their Business Development Manager. HCS is a hospitality management company exclusively dedicated to managing and operating high-volume lodging and transportation contracts throughout the USA for the Military and Federal Government. HCS does $20 Million annually in revenue and Steve oversaw the lodging and transportations partnerships and price negotiations for all future contracts. In January 2023, Steve joined Good Will Plumbing as the Project Manager and Business Development Manager to work alongside his childhood friends William Kane and Dan Steude.
